What materials do you use?

At La Case Verte, we prioritize authenticity and sustainability. Our creations highlight natural and local materials from Madagascar. You will mainly find raffia, raffia cloth, cotton, wood, and other plant fibers carefully selected for their quality and low environmental impact.

Where are your products made?

All of our items are made in Madagascar. In addition to our own workshops, where most of our products are designed and manufactured, we work closely with local artisans and workshops, often family-run, located in different regions of the island. We are committed to promoting and preserving Madagascar's exceptional craftsmanship.

Are your items handmade?

Absolutely. Craftsmanship is the soul of La Case Verte. Every piece we offer is handmade by talented artisans. That's what makes each item unique! Slight variations in size or color may exist, but these are a sign of authenticity and handcrafted work.

We would love to share Madagascar's treasures with the whole world. For the moment, we ship to certain countries in the European Union (see E-shop). Shipping costs and delivery times will depend on the destination. You can view all available options when confirming your order.

How should I care for my natural fiber items?

Our items are designed to last, but natural fibers require a little care. For raffia or raffia webbing, we recommend spot cleaning with a slightly damp cloth, without detergent. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture or direct sunlight to preserve the color and shape of the item.
